Tweet 16 November 2012 at Ujima98FM radio in Bristol over £350.00 was collected for BBC Children in Need. There was continuous reading by many members of our multicultural community. People chose their own reading. They spoke in their first languages, so we heard English, Shona, Mandarin, Spanish, French, Slovak, Polish, Jamaican dialect, Tibetan. The stream of readers were able to drink and to eat homemade cakes which they were asked to contribute 50p a cake to Children in Need.   ...
