Win tickets to see Soul II Soul on The Cruisin’ show

Soul II Soul has a strong connection to Bristol as in 1987 they had a sound clash against the Wild Bunch who went onto transform into Massive Attack. The two groups became friends and collaborators with Bristol born super producer Nellie Hooper crafting international hits for both groups.

Fast forward 2 decades later, Soul II Soul once again return to Bristol as part of their 25 year anniversary tour and Ujima Radio is chuffed to team up with the Colston Hall to celebrate these musical icons.

Over the coming weeks we will be celebrating their music, examining their origins and legacy, as well as hearing from Soul II Soul themselves.

And from Nov 17th -21st, make sure you tune into the Cruisin shows as we’ll be giving you the chance to win tickets to see Jazzie B and Caron Wheeler live in the flesh at the Colston Hall on November 22nd.

Ujima Radio, we are the home of black music, culture and chat.
