This is the Life SOLD OUT

The film screening of This Is The Life has now SOLD OUT – if you’ve missed out on tickets don’t worry, you can still get involved tomorrow both before and after the film.
Before – from  5pm in the Café/Bar we’ll be bringing you the taste of the Good Life Café with vegan/veggie specials…
After – from 10pm – late in the Café/Bar immerse yourself in the early 90s hip hop sounds of the Good Life at our After Party with DJ Style​ and Awkward. It’s free and all are welcome! Remember the programme schedule goes on till 24th May with various visit website for more info.
The season continues with spotlights on another radical icon, Angela Davis, (Black Power Mixtape 1967 – 1975), a look at black life in early 1960s Alabama (Nothing But A Man, reputedly Malcolm X’s favourite film), an examination of the untold story of black backing singers (20 Feet From Stardom) plus an evening of live music, a panel discussion on Malcolm X’s legacy today (Looking Black) and an investigation on black radicalism closer to home (The Story of Michael X).
